Official Rules

1. Eligibility: Open to USA residents aged 18 and above. Sweet Boutique Bakery employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. You can enter once daily and earn a bonus entry too! Please note, winners must be able to pick up their prize at our location.

2. How to Enter:

  • Post a picture of your favorite Sweet Boutique Bakery cake in the comments below

  • Like our page and this giveaway post.

  • That’s it! Piece of cake, right?

  • BONUS ENTRY: Tell us why this cake did or could create a great memory for your family.

3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on Thursday, August 24th at 9am EST and ends on Saturday, September 2nd at 8pm EST.

4. Prize: See above for pictures and description. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries and announced on Monday, September 4th. The winner will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message (DM) and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in the selection of a new winner.

6. Prize Delivery: The prize will be picked up by the winner at our location: 9814 Zackery Avenue, Charlotte, NC within 7 business days—no later than Wednesday, September 13th at 3pm EST.  For the cakes a card will be attached to inform you how to schedule for a birthday or special occasion before March 1st, 2024 (according to availability).

7. Publicity Release: By participating in this giveaway, the winner grants Sweet Boutique Bakery the right to use their name and photo for promotional purposes across social media platforms and marketing materials.
