  • A. At Sweet Boutique Bakery, we take pride in crafting each cake as a unique masterpiece, and to ensure we can give your cake the attention it deserves, we have a limited number of orders each week. We accept 5-6 party cake orders or one large wedding cake order per week.

    Our calendar tends to fill up quickly due to this limited availability, so we recommend reaching out to us at least 8 weeks before your event to secure your date. If you find yourself in need of a cake on shorter notice, we'll do our best to accommodate rush orders if our schedule permits.

    For wedding cakes, you can reserve your date up to one year in advance by making a non-refundable retainer deposit. This deposit secures your order and ensures your cake receives the time and care it deserves.

    Please keep in mind that availability can change quickly, so once you inquire about a date, be sure to provide final details and arrange payment promptly to secure your order. We collect full payment at the time of the order using Square invoicing.

Consequently, it's essential to keep these cakes cool to maintain their quality.

  • A. Our tasting boxes are available in January, April, and August for tiered and custom cakes with more than 80 servings. The cost is $45 and includes your choice of up to three flavors and fillings (or you can let us choose our most popular options for your consideration). If you place an order for a cake totaling $300 or more, the tasting fee will be applied to your order. Please note that all tastings are Grab-n-Go.

    To book a wedding cake, we recommend giving us at least 3-6 months' notice, depending on the time of year. When you contact us to schedule an appointment, please have the following information ready: your confirmed wedding date, venue details, estimated number of guests, and budget. We kindly request a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

  • A. Yes, we require a $50 'Save the Date' deposit to secure and hold your event date. For any cake or order placed within 30 days of the event, we require payment in full.

  • A. Yes, we offer cupcakes as an addition to any existing cake order. Cupcake orders must be placed by the dozen, and we kindly request selecting one flavor combination per dozen.

    Delivery and set-up fees are additional and are calculated based on round-trip mileage. For deliveries over 10 miles, fees start at $75.
