At the heart of our bakery is Debbie, a dedicated wife and mother who cherishes the importance of family above all else. Debbie and her loving husband, Chuck, have celebrated almost 40 years of happiness together. Their family is complete with three wonderful children: Tyler and his wife Christy, Kirsten and her husband Erik Ringwald, and Rachel and her husband Jackson Cromer.
Debbie's commitment to nurturing and supporting others extends beyond her family. For over a decade, she dedicated her time to serving as a small group leader for teen girls at her church, leaving a positive impact on countless young lives.
With a career spanning 14 years in the healthcare industry as a nurse for an orthopedic hand surgeon, Debbie's journey has taken a delightful twist as she follows her true passion into the world of baking.
In her personal life, Debbie finds beauty in simplicity, favoring the classic elegance of black and white. Her cherished vacation destinations include the charming streets of Charleston, SC, and the sunny shores of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The Coopers
The Cooper family's story is rooted in a small farming town in central Illinois, where they called home for many years. However, in 1999, they embarked on a vacation to Charlotte, NC, and it was love at first sight. The vibrant community, abundant opportunities, and the allure of warmer weather convinced them to put down new roots. For over two decades, they've proudly called south Charlotte their home.
Today, Chuck wears multiple hats as the Managing Member of White Water Consulting, based right here in Charlotte. He's also an accomplished author and a captivating speaker.
Tyler and Christy have filled our hearts with immense joy as they welcomed two precious grandsons into their lives: Elliot and Coen. While Tyler serves as a dedicated Pastor in Fredericksburg, VA, Christy has pursued her passion as the owner and devoted therapist of her own Occupational Therapy business.
Kirsten and Erik, residing in Monroe, NC, have become essential parts of our bakery family. Kirsten, who works part-time in our bakery, is not only skilled in crafting delicious treats but also finds passion in sewing and quilting. Erik, our family's trusted fix-it man, thrives as an Engineer in Pineville, NC. Their family has grown with the addition of two grandchildren, Juliana and Simon.
Rachel and Jackson have become an integral part of our local community, where they've made their home. Balancing full-time careers with the joys of parenting, they lovingly nurture their four little ones: Harrison, Hadley, Nate, and Noah.
The Cooper family's journey has taken them from the heart of Illinois to the warmth of Charlotte, where they've become an integral part of our community. At Sweet Boutique Bakery, we're proud to have them as the driving force behind our passion for creating delicious memories.
